PORTFOLIO

I’m Emily a creative based between the Berkshires, New York, and sometimes Mexico. Before launching a watch company with my husband, I spent years in tech as a creative, building and leading work I’m deeply proud of while raising my family. When I grow up I want to live somewhere warm with palm trees and continue to make art.

I’ve lived in the art, photo, and creative direction worlds for 15+ years. I’ve created, critiqued, consulted, styled, forecasted, and directed. What genuinely sets me apart, especially in an AI era, is my conceptual thinking. I’m hoping I’ll have the chance to show you exactly what that looks like.

A woman with long dark hair and tattoos on her arms blows a bubble gum bubble while someone else holds a knife up near the bubble.

For almost 20 years, I worked in magazines and tech. Now I’m running my own brand, and that shift has stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. I went from overseeing to executing, from budgets to bootstrapping, from office snacks to a coffee-shop punch card.

What I’ve learned through all of this is how adaptable I am. How resourceful. How much range I actually have when I’m asked to do more than one job at a time. And that’s why I love freelance and consulting it lets me bring that expanded version of myself to other teams.

Building something from the ground up has sharpened every creative instinct I have: storytelling, decision-making, prioritization, scrappiness, and clarity under pressure. So while I’m fully committed to growing our brand, I’m also open to projects where I can help with strategy, shaping a visual world, or bringing structure and momentum to a big idea.

If you need someone who’s lived every side of the creative process, from the glossy conference room to the kitchen-table startup, I’m your person.
